Week - January 24th, 2008
 Hi,
I'm Officer Paula Morrow, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information on
a Robbery that occurred at the Subway, 232 S. Dirksen
Parkway, in Springfield, on Sunday November 20th at
10:50 a.m. Employees of the restaurant report that the
suspect came into the store and walked straight to the
office. The suspect then attacked a male employee, beating
him multiple times before taking cash from the business
and fleeing. The employee did receive injuries from
this battery that required medical treatment. The suspect
was last seen running south from the business. He was
described as a black male, 6'0", 235 pounds with
dark hair. He was wearing jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt
and a white bandana over his face.
