Hi, I'm Officer Paula Morrow, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator for Sangamon and Menard Counties.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information on an armed Robbery that occurred at The Little Caesar's Pizza, 928 W. Jefferson in Springfield on Saturday, March 15th at approximately 10:00 p.m. An employee of the establishment reports that the suspect came into the business, walked to the office, pointed a gun at her and ordered her to give him all of the money. The employee had to leave the office and go to the cash register to get the money for the suspect. The suspect continued to point the gun at the victim while she was accessing the money. The suspect was described as a white male, 6'0", thin build. He was wearing a white scarf over his face, a dark colored hat with a unique design on it and a two-toned jacket. The handgun was silver in color. The suspect was last seen running south on the east side of the business.

If you have information on this crime, you can remain completely anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 217-788-8427 [1-800-397-2288], submitting a tip via the internet or use a cell phone to send a tip. You could get a cash reward of up to $1000.
