Week - May 15th, 2008
 Hi,
I'm Officer Paula Morrow, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is looking for the suspect
in an aggravated vehicular hijacking, armed robbery
and aggravated unlawful restraint that occurred on Monday,
April 21st at 12:45 am at the Family Video, 1802 North
Grand Avenue East. The victim was attempting to get
into his vehicle when a black male ran up to him and
stabbed him in the shoulder. The victim was forced into
the vehicle, where he was stabbed multiple times before
being driven to an ATM at 2015 North Grand Avenue East
to withdraw cash. The suspect then took the victim's
car, a 1999, blue Chevy Prism, and drove west from the
ATM machine. The suspect is a black male, 5'11",
215 lbs., with dark skin.
