Stoppers Crime of the
Week - June 4th, 2008
 Hi,
I'm Officer Paula Morrow, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This
week Crime Stoppers is seeking information on a burglary
that occurred at Strings-N-Things, located at 2805 E.
Cook on Sunday, May 18th at approximately 10:35pm. Officers
responded to a burglar alarm at the business and found
the west facing entry door had been pried open and a
glass window was broken out. Officers checked the inside
of the business but the suspect had already fled the
scene. At this time, it appears that the only item stolen
from the business was a .357 Colt Trooper MK III revolver.
Officers need your help in solving this crime.
