Stoppers Crime of the
Week - August 14th, 2008
 Hi,
I'm Officer Paula Morrow, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information on
burglary that occurred between 5:00pm on Friday, July
25th and 10:00am, Saturday, July 26th at Kulavic's Auto
Body, 4601 W. Wabash. At this time, it is unknown how
the suspects gained entry to the business. Once inside
the business, the thieves stole six paint guns, and
a Dewalt saw. The paint guns are chrome in color. There
was also damage to the overhead garage door. There was
a similar incident to the business on July 3rd however
at that time, no items were found to be missing. The
total amount of items damaged and stolen exceeds $5000.00.
