I'm Officer Butch Slater, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about
numerous Criminal Damages to Property that occurred
on Thursday June 25th in the Mill Creek subdivision.
More then eleven victims of this subdivision had Criminal
Damages to report. Some of the property damaged during
this incident were flower pots, windows being broken,
and mail boxes knocked off their post. The majority
of the damage reported were tires on vehicles being
cut. Victims of this incident report the total damage
to be well over $3000. It should be noted that only
one victim reported hearing anything at the time of
these incidents as there was no information given for
a possible suspect.
