I'm Officer Butch Slater, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about
an Armed Robbery to a Person that occurred on Tuesday
November 10th 2009 in the 1100 block of North 10th.
The victim states that he received an order to deliver
a pizza to a residence in the 1100 block of North 10th.
The victim states that after he delivered the pizza
and was paid he started back for his vehicle. The victim
then states that before he could get into his vehicle
he was approached by a black male approx 19 yrs old,
6ft tall wearing a grey zip up hooded sweatshirt. The
victim then states the suspect displayed a silver handgun
and demanded money. The suspect was given $32 and was
last seen going south on 10th street.
