I'm Officer Butch Slater, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about
several Residential Burglaries and Criminal Damage to
Property that occurred between Monday December 14th
2009 and Wednesday February 24th 2010. The areas affected
by these burglaries were 3800 and 3900 hundred blocks
of Brandonshire, and the 3600 block of Wexford in Lincolnshire
Subdivision. Screens were being cut and locks were broken
to gain entry to the residences. Once inside, suspects
took cash, digital cameras, and jewelry with a total
loss of $16,800. There has been no suspect information
given to any of these burglaries.
