I'm Officer Butch Slater, Crime Stoppers' Coordinator
for Sangamon and Menard Counties.
This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about
an Armed Robbery that occurred on Sunday March 21st
at Little Caesars located at 928 W. Jefferson. Employees
state that a black male in his 20's 5ft7in with a medium
build, wearing a, black shirt, and blue jeans, with
a black handkerchief over his face displayed a black
revolver hand gun while ordering an employee to give
him money from the register. A second black male in
his 20's 5ft7in with a medium build wearing a black
hooded sweatshirt with red white and black stripes and
black pants acted as a lookout at the front door to
the business. Once employees gave the suspect with the
gun $90 from the register both fled from the business
on foot going east.
