Stoppers President - Jim Havey 2001-2002
 Meet
James Havey, 2002 President of CrimeStoppers of Sangamon
and Mendard Counties.
Jim is President and CEO of Young's Security Systems
in Springfield, Illinois.
Since joining the CrimeStopper program in 1998, Jim
has served as Vice President in 2000-2001. Being on
the board has been a very rewarding experience and Jim
is pleased to know that the Crime Stopper program is
working in Sagamon and Menard Counties. He states that
"We know that our program is working when one of
our police agencies makes an arrest and they say it
was because of a CrimeStoppers tip. It's nice to know
that the CrimeStopper system works in trying to reduce
crime in our communities and our efforts are worthwhile".
