This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department reference an armed robbery that occurred at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on October 8^th around 3:30 a.m. The male suspect, described as 5’8, muscular build, bearded and wearing a white sweatshirt, brown camo pants and a mask, inquired about a room but then pulled a firearm. The suspect tied up an employee, hit them with the firearm causing a laceration and went through an array of office space taking approximately $32.
