This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a deceptive practices incident that took place on November 25th around 9pm at 3108 Turning Mill Dr. A male subject impersonating a Springfield Police Officer made contact with the victim and told them they had a warrant and needed to cooperate by sending a large sum of money to a location in a different state. The suspect was a white male, 5’10” wearing a dark stocking cap, dark quilted jacket, khaki pants and driving an older, blue or black police style vehicle.
