This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department reference a residential burglary that occurred in the 1600 block of S 16th Street sometime between 5 and 6 a.m. on August 12th. The house was occupied by a resident at the time of the crime. The suspect, who appeared to be a male made entry into the residence after shattering a rear window causing $500 in damage. Once inside the suspect proceeded to steal over $1300 worth of property including televisions and gaming equipment. Photos of the suspect can be found on this website, cashfortips.us.
