Lock car doors even if you park inside a garage and remove any valuables and don't forget to take your key fob with you!   If leaving town, call your local police department to have vacation checks done. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about an Armed Robbery at Chipotle, 2579 W. Wabash on Friday, September 11th at 10:20pm. Seeking Information about Theft and Fraud Suspects

This week Crime Stoppers is asking for your assistance in identifying two suspects who were involved in the theft of a wallet at Target on June 17th.  The suspects then used stolen credit cards from the wallet to purchase items at Wal-Mart.  The suspects are a white female with a large tattoo on her left shoulder and a white male who were driving a white SUV.  Photos of both suspects can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you can identify either suspect or have information about any other crime, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 788-8427.  You can also submit a tip on our website or by downloading the P3 app on any mobile device.  If your tip leads to an arrest you will receive a cash reward up to 2500 dollars.  Remember, Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name!

This week Crime Stoppers would like to make you aware of our next fundraiser.  On Friday, October 2nd, Crime Stoppers will be hosting a 4 person scramble, 18 hole, golf outing at Piper Glen golf course.  Registration will start at 10am with tee times starting at 11am.  Cost is $100 per golfer or $400 per team and there is a 24 team limit.  Golf carts and a boxed lunch are provided.  Title, Birdie and Hole sponsorships are also available.  For more information about the golf outing, visit our website Cashfortip.US. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a theft that took place on Tuesday, August 18th in the 3000 block of W. Cook St. During this incident, a male victim was standing on the east side of the business when an unknown suspect fired several shots, striking him multiple times in the legs. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about an Armed Robbery at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 3150 S. 6th St. on Sunday, August 2nd at 10:14pm.  In this incident a black male suspect threatened employee’s with a black handgun and demanded money be placed in a black, Nike backpack the suspect brought with him.  After the Robbery the suspect fled in an unknown direction.  He was described as 6’1”/225lbs. wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black face mask, black Nike backpack, black pants and black shoes.
