This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department reference an armed robbery that occurred at the Red Roof Inn located at 3200 Singer Ave. on June 5th around 9:30 p.m. A subject, who was thought to be shorter in stature wearing what appeared to be a white mask, dark color pants and a gray sweatshirt that appeared to have the logo and lettering of Brigham Young University, entered the hotel lobby. The suspect then held multiple subjects at gun point and proceeded to take approximately $1500 in cash before leaving northbound on foot.
