This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Fire Department in reference to an arson that occurred on May 26th around 3:00 am at 106 W. Jefferson (Butternut Hut). On video, an unknown suspect broke out a window to the door with an unknown object and then threw another object through the window that was on fire.  When the second object landed inside the building it burst and the fire began to expand.  At the time of the fire there were people living in the apartments above the business.  The suspect at the time was wearing dark colored clothing.  The Springfield Fire Department is needing your help identifying this suspect.  Images of the individual can be found on this website, cashfortips.us.
