The victim, Carlos Dozier was shot and killed while at a party at this location. Four other victims also suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds during the incident. Crime Stoppers is also pledging a minimum reward of $500 for any anonymous information that leads to the arrest of a subject in possession of an illegal handgun and $1000 for the arrest of a subject in illegal possession of an assault rifle or any firearm that shoots rifle ammunition.
