Law Enforcement needs help identifying theft suspects

This week Crime Stoppers is asking the public to help identify two suspects who are believed to be involved in the theft of checks from mail boxes throughout Sangamon and surrounding Counties.  The checks are then reproduced and cashed.  The suspects are a black male and female who were last seen in the Springfield area on January 31st and were driving a dark colored, newer model SUV believed to be a Kia Soul.  Take a look at photos of both suspects and if you can identify them call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 788-8427. You can also submit a tip on this website, Cashfortips.US or download the P3 app on your mobile device and submit a tip from there.  If your tip leads to an arrest you will receive a cash reward up to 2500 dollars. Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.
