Armed Robbery to Business

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about an Armed Robbery that occurred at Harry’s Adult Daycare located at 320 Highland Ave. on Tuesday, June 8th at 12:40am.  A black male suspect in his 20’s, thin build, 5’7” to 5’9” wearing a dark blue or black puffy coat, ski mask with sun glasses over it, dark jeans, gloves and white shoes entered the business.  Once inside the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money from the bar tender.  After the robbery the suspect fled west bound on foot.  Photos of the suspect can be viewed on this website, Cashfortips.US.  If you have information about this incident, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website or use the P3 app on any mobile device. If an arrest is made based on your tip, you could receive a cash reward up to 2500 dollars.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday, April 11th at 12:07pm at Lucky Lady Laundry, located at 1056 E. A 24-year-old Springfield resident was found dead on the front porch of a home in the 200 block of North MacArthur Boulevard late Monday night.The victim, who lived at the residence, had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene, Springfield police said Tuesday morning.Authorities arrived at the home about 11:15 p.m. Monday after a report of gunshots being fired

Information needed on man who robbed pet supply store

Springfield police are looking for a man who robbed the Nature’s Select Pet Store Wednesday afternoon.Police described the robber as a dark-skinned black man with a thin build who is 20 to 30 years old and between 6 feet and 6-foot-2. He was wearing a light gray sweatshirt and sweat pants.
