THANK YOU

Crime Stoppers would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible community. Because of you, our 15th Annual Crime Stoppers Trivia Night was a tremendous success!

More than eleven hundred people filled the BOS Center this year—friends, families, and longtime supporters—all coming together for one important mission: helping keep our community safe.

We also want to extend a special thank‑you to the local businesses who stepped up in a big way. Your generous sponsorships and raffle donations helped make this one of the biggest and most impactful trivia events we’ve had. Your support directly strengthens the Crime Stoppers program and helps law enforcement keep our neighborhoods safe.

Just this past year over $16,000 in rewards was approved and since our inception we have paid out nearly three – quarters of a million dollars.

Crime Stoppers depends on you—and because of you, we’re making a difference. To submit anonymous tips anytime, on this website CashForTips.us or call (217) 788‑8427.

Scammers

Scammers
This week, Crime Stoppers wants to help protect you from scammers. Every day, scammers are working to steal your money, identity, and personal information. They often create a strong sense of urgency, so it’s important to slow down and ask if it makes sense. They may tell you a loved one is in danger, claim you owe money to the government, or promise prizes, that sound too good to be true. They will even tell you to lie or keep it a secret from others. Law enforcement is now warning about scams using fake texts, emails, and even AI-generated images or videos designed to make their stories look real. For more helpful information about scams visit our website cashfortips.us.  Remember if you have any information about any crime, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at...
