This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a felony theft from the Illiopolis Township Garage at 790 Maple Ln on Sept 30th around 230a.m. An unknown suspect  disconnected  a Generac 20k generator and then loaded it onto a flatbed trailer being pulled by a large pickup. The pickup pulled away going south on RT 36. A skinny black male about 6ft and wearing a black hooded jacket with the hood up and ski mask with dark jeans approached the cashier displaying a dark handgun. The suspect demanded money then ran south towards Seven Pines RD.
