This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department reference a residential burglary, theft and criminal damage that occurred in the 3400 block on E Carpenter around 6:15 p.m. on April 2nd. The home owner arrived home when they saw a white Chevrolet Malibu in their driveway. A male subject jumped the fence while the vehicle began to drive away. The driver of the vehicle stopped to allow the other male to get in and they left the area. $400 in damage and $400 in thefts occurred during the burglary. A photo of the suspect vehicle and one of the suspects is posted on this website, cashfortips.us. If you can identify the suspect, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 217-788-8427, submit a tip on this website, or use the P3 mobile app. If your tip results in an arrest you could receive a cash reward up to $2500.  Remember Crime Stoppers only wants your information, not your name.
